• If you receive a damaged product, you must have a proper video recorded at the time of opening the parcel as proof.

• The return will be approved only if the video clearly shows the damage and all details are correct.

Refunds

• Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 48 hours to your original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
