Return Policy

At Glowraa, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns only for unused, unopened, and sealed products within 7 days of delivery.

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened cosmetics.

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at glowraacosmetics@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the product back.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product was received in a damaged or defective condition.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the product and packaging.

  • We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund after verification.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers

  • Gift cards or free promotional items

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Once processed, cancellations are not allowed.
